Schvitz with Rabbi Lori.

Selichot means “Forgiveness” and is attached to a ritual observance of prayerfulness anticipating the coming of Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur. This year we offer an an embodied Selichot where mind, body and soul begin their cleanse. It’s a deep dive preparation into an embodied connection for the High Holidays.

A night of aligning mind, body and spirit.

Please RSVP on Eventbrite below so we know you’re coming.
