Virtual Yoga with Zach Lasker
Saturdays at 11:00am PST (2:00pm ET)

Now – more than ever – is the time to honor Judaism’s mandate to practice self-care. Shabbat is a particularly good opportunity to take a breath and stretch your mind, body, and soul in the Open Temple Virtual Yoga Studio.

All levels welcome and modifications will be offered to accommodate a range of abilities.  Suggested props to have on hand if accessible:

  • Yoga/exercise mat or full length towel
  • 3-4 foot strap, belt, or long rope
  • Yoga block or a big, sturdy hard back book
