Rebecca Sharzer is a transformational coach, movement facilitator, and author of The Wisdom of Dance: Pathways to Healing, Liberation, Joy & Connection. She has spent over two decades working in NYC schools as President of Sharzer Associates, while weaving her lifelong devotion to dance, embodiment, and wellness into everything she creates.
A certified JourneyDance teacher and health and life coach, Rebecca blends intuitive movement, somatic practices, and real world tools to help people reconnect with their bodies’ wisdom and live with greater joy, vitality, and self trust. She leads intimate retreats, private coaching, and community experiences rooted in movement, connection, and healing.
Rebecca lives between New York City and the Hudson Valley with her husband and their dog and is currently completing a children’s companion book to The Wisdom of Dance.
