You are holding your breath right now, aren’t you? When was the last time you took in a yummy breath that wasn’t a sigh? Might you be in need of an inner breath-cleanse?
Not deli, not a blini, Jew-dilini is Open Temple’s offering of Kundilini yoga meets Jewish paradigms of breath, voice and sacred song. Brock Pollock and Joshua Reitzenstein offer this new meditation program, with elements of kirtan, kundalini yoga and teachings tied to the Jewish calendar.
Brock is a Wilderness Torah instructor, Open Temple’s Music Director and “the mystic next door”.
Joshua is a certified kundalini yoga instructor, nature connection mentor and mensche.
Our work together will deepen our connection to the cycles of nature, the Jewish calendar year and, ultimately, to Self.
Open Temple Empty Space

“Sing unto God a new song.”
If God is already tired, as suggests the Psalm, of hearing the old song, all the more so will ordinary mortals be.
